We would like to invite you to attend our Executive Committee meetings. We hold these meetings by phone conference in order to allow more people to attend and voice their ideas without having to spend the time and travel expenses it would take to meet in person. It also enables us to meet monthly, so we can be more responsive. The meetings are held in open discussion forum, with a preliminary agenda sent out approximately a week in advance of the meeting itself. Meetings for 2010 are scheduled as follows:
